Having an experience of decades in the hydraulic cylinders’ tube development, MSL offers a complete range of both cold drawn as well as hot-rolled components and tubes. These special alloy steels and micro alloyed steels are basically used in piston rods, hydraulic cylinder bodies, cylinder accumulators and telescopic cylinders in the cranes leading manufacturers, wind mills and the earth moving machines.
Developing a fully fledged portfolio of the product to meet the demands of our customers has only been possible because of the specialized production lines, a fully integrated manufacturing cycle and a focused R & D team in Nagothane, Maharashtra.
We at MSL have developed laboratory tested products in alliance with our customers. These products have been simulated and checked in the worst working conditions including, high working pressures and low temperatures, failure mode analysis, fatigue tests conducted with the help of real load spectra, burst tests and others.
